After payment is received, DigiFabric will process and manufacture the order within 5 business days for orders up to 50 meters.
Once the order is completed, DigiFabric hands it over to its logistics partners (Itella SmartPOST, Omniva) for delivery. If you choose delivery to a parcel locker, you will receive an SMS notification with the locker location and door code upon package arrival.
For orders where the printed fabric quantity exceeds 12 meters, an additional delivery fee applies, as the fabric is transported in rolls.
DigiFabric is not responsible for delivery delays if the order was handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control or foreseeability.
No delivery fee applies if the customer picks up the order in person at Sooserva, Neeruti village, Otepää municipality, Valga County. A prior appointment must be arranged via email at info@digifabric.ee or by calling +372 5126591.
For orders over €120, parcel locker delivery is free in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
