Our digital textile printing is done using the roll-to-roll method, which allows printing on woven and knit fabrics with a maximum width of 160 cm.
To achieve durable prints on natural fabrics, we use reactive dyes, which create chemical bonds at the cellular level within the fabric fibers. Since DigiFabric prints on pre-treated fabrics, the process begins with print file preparation. The production process consists of multiple steps: Direct printing onto the fabric; Steaming to fix the dyes; Washing to remove excess ink; Drying; Final quality control. Although this printing method is complex and time-consuming, reactive dye printing provides the best results in terms of color vibrancy, softness, usability, and durability on natural fiber fabrics.
